Healing with Hearts, Supporting Lives

At Pantheavalley, we understand that every individual has unique needs, strengths and aspirations. Our residential care homes are designed to provide safe, welcoming and supportive environments where adults with complex needs can live comfortably while receiving 24 hour specialist care.

We are committed to delivering compassionate, person centred support every day of the year, ensuring that each person we support has the opportunity to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Healing with hearts, supporting lives is not just a phrase for us, it reflects how we work every day, with compassion, respect and genuine commitment.

What is residential care?

Residential care is suitable for Young adults and adults who require continuous support and
are unable to live independently in their own home. Our homes provide 24 hour care, with
trained staff available at all times to assist with daily living, health needs and personal
wellbeing.

Each resident has:

• Their own private bedroom
• Access to shared communal areas such as lounge, dining and kitchen spaces
• A structured and supportive environment
• Ongoing personalised care

Our focus is to provide safety, stability and reassurance while encouraging independence
wherever possible.

Who we support

Pantheavalley provides residential care for adults living with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Acquired brain injuries
• Mental health conditions
• Complex behavioural needs
• Profound and multiple disabilities

Every care plan is tailored to the individual, recognising their abilities, preferences and long
term goals.

Our approach

Our approach is built on partnership. We work closely with residents, families, social workers
and healthcare professionals to ensure that support is consistent and holistic.

From morning routines to social activities and bedtime support, our team is present to
provide:

• Personal care and dignity support
• Medication management
• Nutritional support and meal preparation
• Behavioural and emotional support
• Community engagement
• Development of daily living skills

We believe that high quality care is not only about meeting needs, it is about building trust,
promoting confidence and creating opportunities.

Our residential homes

Our homes are carefully designed to ensure comfort, accessibility and safety. Many include
features such as:

• Accessible bathrooms and wet rooms
• Ceiling track hoists where required
• Sensory areas
• Secure gardens
• Assistive technology to enhance safety

Residents benefit from shared communal spaces to socialise, alongside the privacy of their
own room. Our homes are located within local communities, providing access to shops,
health services and transport links.

We encourage residents to develop independence, build relationships and take part in
community life.
