Senior Care Worker / Deputy Care Manager

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Worker / Deputy Care Manager to support the operational management of our high-quality domiciliary, supported living, and residential care services across Ilford Essex, UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in daily service operations
  • Supervise care staff, conduct spot checks, and support with rotas.
  • Assist with assessments, reviews, and person-centred care planning.
  • Deliver care where necessary and lead by example.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with families, professionals, and local authorities.
Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in domiciliary care or supported living
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 4/5)
  • Strong leadership, safeguarding, and care planning skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational abilities

Support Workers (Domiciliary & Supported Living)

We are seeking Support Workers to join our dedicated care team. You will provide hands-on support to adults aged 18 and over, including those with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or physical disabilities — across home care, supported living, and residential care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with meal preparation, medication, and domestic tasks
  • Promote independence and community participation.
  • Support service users to attend appointments and daily activities
  • Maintain accurate records and follow support plans
Essential Criteria
  • Previous care experience (domiciliary or supported living preferred)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 4/5)
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Friendly, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support Officer (Care Sector)

We are recruiting an efficient and proactive Administrative Support Officer to assist with the smooth running of our domiciliary, supported living, and residential care services. This role involves managing key records, supporting compliance processes, and providing general administrative support to the team.

  • Maintain staff files, training records, and rotas
  • Assist with recruitment documentation and onboarding
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Prepare documents and reports for audits and inspections
  • Support the management team with day-to-day office tasks
Essential Criteria
  • Previous experience in admin (preferably within a care setting)
  • Good IT skills and confident using Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
